Bound ledger containing documents of the Dante Gold Mining Company from its organization to its dissolution, with bylaws, lists of stockholders, stock certificates, meeting minutes, balance sheets, and other significant documents. Accompanied by a 1915 list of stockholders, meeting minutes, printed documents, and correspondence between A.J. Bennitt and W. Arthur Perkins, A.E. Carlton, and J.F. Underwood regarding the resolution to liquidate the Dante Gold Mining Company, and Bennitt's interest in the Rose Nicol and Dr. Jack Pot mines.
